Refund and Returns Policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you purchase as a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Period
    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you—or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you—receive the goods (or the last item in a multiple-item order).
  • How to exercise

    E-mail : {email address} You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, but it is not obligatory.
  • Effects of withdrawal
    We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (cheapest standard option), within 14 days after we are informed of your decision.
    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.
    You must send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we explicitly offered free returns.

2. Contractual goodwill return (30 days)

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill return period from the delivery date. The conditions below apply only after the 14-day statutory period has lapsed:

3. Non-returnable / non-refundable items

  • Gift cards & vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products once the download has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal
  • Goods that by nature cannot be reshipped or are liable to deteriorate rapidly
  • Sealed health or personal-care articles once unsealed
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases in accordance with transport regulations

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Where possible we will send a replacement; otherwise we offer a full refund.

5. Refund procedure

  1. Inspection – We e-mail you on receipt of the return to confirm arrival and inspection result.
  2. Approval & payment – Upon approval, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
  3. Late or missing refunds – If you have not received a credit:
    1. Check your bank / card statement again.
    2. Contact your card issuer; posting delays are possible.
    3. Contact your bank; processing times vary.

6. Shipping returns

Send returns to the address we will give you
Unless otherwise stated, you pay the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, any outbound “express” delivery upgrade you chose will not be reimbursed beyond the cheapest standard shipping option.

For high-value items we recommend a trackable service and shipping insurance—risk of loss remains with you until we receive the goods.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

Regardless of the policies above, consumers in the EU enjoy a minimum 2-year legal warranty for products that turn out to be faulty or not as advertised. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repair or replacement—or, where that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or refund.
